2. Duplicate Payments
If you believe you’ve been charged more than once or made a duplicate payment, please contact us immediately with proof of transaction. We will review and issue a refund if appropriate.
3. Failed Transactions
If you made a payment but did not receive access to the content or feature, reach out within 7 days of the transaction. We will verify and resolve the issue or issue a refund if necessary.
4. Subscriptions
