			Shri Kshatriya Yuvak Sangh is an organisation following the principal of one leadership. Thus, its founder revered Tan Singh Ji's life and ideology is the eternal original source of inspiration for all the volunteers. He is the originator and inspiration of Sangh. The second Sanghpramukh - revered Ayuvan Singh Hudeel, The third Sanghpramukh - revered Narayan Singh Reda, The fourth Sanghpramukh - honorable Bhagwan Singh Rolsahabsar and present Sanghpramukh honorable Laxman Singh Bainyankabas are also the source of inspiration for the volunteers.

			Every organisation requires an office to carry out different organisational tasks. Sangh's central office 'Sanghshakti' is in Jaipur. Several regional offices are located in different regions like 'Tanayan' (Jodhpur), Ayuvan Niketan (Kuchaman, Nagaur), Narayan Niketan (Bikaner), Tanashraya (Jaisalmer) etc.
